I love about 5 monies from this store and I have been a regular since they opened very friendly staff who actually engage in conversations with you on the daily especially the regulars very laid back atmosphere I absolutely LOVE the music they play in this store it’s a good mixture of everything and I always find my myself bouncing to the tunes on the speaker I give the made to order drinks and food a 5/5 I love this store it was and has been a godsend to the surrounding community because we needed something like this in OUR community now everyone from surrounding neighborhoods come here Bradenton is a small town where mostly everyone knows everyone and this store was Much NEEDED in our area :) this store is ALWAYS busy (in a good way) especially round lunch time but they get you served quick 😺

This review is just on the coffee, and one employee in particular. Seretha (hopefully spelling is correct). I am a Starbucks girl, but I recently started going to Wawa for coffee, and let me tell you now I only go for the customer service from her. She is so sweet and always so friendly! Even my fiance and son love her! I like starting my day seeing her because she always puts a smile on my face and says "have a blessed day mama" Also the coffee she makes me always turns out great and tasty! Thank you Seretha for the great customer service!

WORST WAWA around town. Can’t walk into the store, with your own cups, to get free ice without a Manatee County Police Officer standing by, ready to tell you that you cannot get free ice any more, per management. However, depending on the manager you ask, determines if you can get the ice. I got 3-32oz cups of ice, 1-coffee, 2-monster drinks and I swore the cop was going to arrest me because of the ice. He told me I was not walking out of the store without paying for the ice. One manager said I could get ice during one visit, another manager said they will allow 1 cup of ice, per beverage purchased. The cops have attitudes and treat all customers like criminals. Guilty as soon as you walk towards the ice machine. Just makes that WAWA the last place to visit, unless I’m desperate.
